Application Form

Dear Prospective Member,

Please read and accept the terms below, then complete the application on the following page. Once received, the application will be forwarded to the Membership Committee for review and for a reference check. You will be sent a letter acknowledging receipt of your application. If you do not receive acknowledgement within 30 days of application, please contact the Landscape Nova Scotia office. You will be notified in writing of the status of your application.

I/We do hereby apply for membership in Landscape Nova Scotia, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of all matters pertaining to the development of the landscape industry and its relationship to the users of the its products and services.
I/We do hereby agree, that if accepted as a Member, to abide by the By-laws, Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct of Landscape Nova Scotia.
I/We do also agree that should I/We cease to be a Member of Landscape Nova Scotia for any reason whatsoever, that I/We will not use the Landscape Nova Scotia logo in any way shape or form, forthwith.
